What does it mean? What do I do about it?
Example alert from the ProTop Portal:
What does it mean?
This alert tells you there are areas defined in your database structure (besides the schema area) that are not Type II. Type II Storage Areas are the foundation for all advanced features of the OpenEdge database.
What to do?
Implement Type II Storage Areas. This will require a dump & load.
Visit Dump & Load Scripts to see how ProTop can help with your dump & load.
