What does it mean?
This alert tells you that over 100 "busy" classic application servers are running for this application.
What to do?
Check the state of your application. Is this number of concurrent app server processes normal?
If not, investigate and correct.
If so, consider changing this default alert threshold in your etc/alert.*.cfg file to a level that might indicate abnormal (more interesting) behavior.
