The named PASOE instance is not in normal status. It cannot be reached and so the apps running under that instance cannot be communicated with.
What to do?
- Check the state of your PASOE instance using your PASOE administrative utilities.
- Check your PASOE instance logs.
- Check the ProTop portal for other potentially related alerts.
