This alert indicates the number of times a response was read by the session from the agent has exceeded 1000. This may indicate abnormal application behavior.
What to do?
- Use your PASOE administrative tools to check the state of the app
- Check your PASOE logs
- Use the ProTop RT - PASOE Health Checker "j" for insights
- Check the ProTop portal for other potentially related alerts
- Check the ProTop Portal Trends > PASOE Statistics for a change in behavior
If this number of reads is or becomes normal for this app, increase the alert threshold to a level above which you want to be notified.
