What does it mean?
This alert tells you that one or more tables are paused (not replicating) in your Pro2 configuration. The related queue will be accumulating changes as the source and target databases get further out of sync.
What to do?
If you are unaware of why this is the case, contact the folks managing your Pro2 configuration and verify they are aware.
