What to do if you get a message referring to an incorrect procedure library version (error 1945) when installing ProTop for the first time on a Windows box.

Description
When I run this command:
c:\protop\proinst.bat
I get this error message:
protop-v11.pl has an incorrect version <found 11 should be 7>. <1945>
You might see this error if you have more than one version of OpenEdge installed on the server. The PROPATH defined in the registry is likely for the "other" version, especially if the other version is newer.
For example:
This has occurred when using a %DLC% pointing to OE10.2B for the ProTop installation, but the same server had OE11.7 installed. The PROPATH in the registry was defined for OE11.7.
Corrective Action
Rename or remove the listed procedure library from the ProTop installation folder.
