      This option allows the user to enable or disable CSC for all users in the database. As the screen capture below suggests, consider enabling CSC only for interesting users.

      Reasons Not to Enable Global CSC

      1. On a highly stressed system, especially with network stress (remote clients), CSC adds noticeable overhead
      2. OpenEdge version prior to 10.2B08: known bugs could crash a database
