Site Administration

Site Administration allows a superadmin user to review, add, update or delete site records.

Here are the details:

Click on any column header to sort records according to entries in the column. Click cycles through:

1) Default order

2) Sorted in ascending column entry order

3) Sorted in descending column entry order

Field Description
Name Site name (as found in [PROTOPDIR]/etc/custid.cfg)
Display Name TBD
Demo Name Name replacing site name when running the portal in demo mode
Type Type of site
Time Zone Time zone of the site's location
Administrative Contact EULA receipts are sent to this email address
Tags A comma-separated list of custom strings for filtering purposes

Add Site button

A dialog box appears, allowing the user to add a site record:

Field Description
Name Site name (from [PROTOPDIR]/etc/custid.cfg)
Display Name TBD
Demo Name Name replacing site name when running the portal in demo mode
Type Site type
Time Zone Time zone of the site's location
Tag List A comma-separated list of custom strings for filtering purposes
Info URL URL for more information on the site. Most often, the site's web home page address
Administrative Contact EULA receipts are sent to this email address.
