DESCRIPTION

Restored the loading spinner for infinite scroll lists so users can clearly see when more data is loading instead of thinking the page has frozen.

Updated the portal file viewer so text-based uploads display their contents directly in the viewer, avoiding the need to download files and open them in a separate text editor.

Increase alarm dashboard performances.
