Portal Release Notes - 4.6.2

Small maintenance release focused on improving observability and troubleshooting around the portal’s heartbeat monitoring.

 

IMPROVEMENT

DESCRIPTION
Logging enhancement Improved heartbeat monitor observability when alerts are intentionally disabled. When HB_ALERTS_DISABLED=1, the portal now emits clear logs indicating that heartbeat alerts were skipped, making it easier to confirm monitor activity and distinguish intentional suppression from failures.
Purpose is to improve the reliability of our deployment process.
Improvement In the resource admin panel, when creating/editing a resource, the field "Environment" is now mandatory.
