ProTop 329+ now monitors the new BIM helper process in OE 12.4+

 It is started with the probim command. It manages BI growth by scanning the BI area for reusable clusters when there are long-running idle transactions. In 12.3 this was done by the watchdog but for 12.4 this has been moved to a new helper process. Therefore, as with BIW, best practice for 12.4+ Enterprise databases will be to have a running BIM and ProTop should monitor this.

- Alerts, highlighting & healthcheck entries now exist for the BIM
- Alerts should only fire if bimd is not running AND OpenEdge version is 12.4+
- A corresponding recommendation exists in automated healthcheck
