This scenario occurs when an existing user (non-superadmin) who has a site assigned is given the role of superadmin. These attributes are mutually exclusive. This correction must be done by a superadmin:
- Change the user's role from superadmin to just admin or user.
- Delete the user record.
- Recreate the user, being sure to set the role of superadmin, which should blank out the default site. Save.
Superadmin user now has no site and can see their trends.
